Our client, a leading Industrial recruitment specialist across the Midlands and North West of England, are looking for a Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their Chester branch.
The role will involve the full recruitment process from attracting and interviewing suitable candidates to business development and relationship building with existing and potential clients. You will handle a variety of vacancies including packers, machine operators and FLT drivers, etc. You will also be involved in the training and development of less experienced consultants in the branch.
Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, preferably in industrial. This is a sales role with targets to meet and exceed.
Basic salary Ј17-20,000 dependent on experience, plus commission.
